Ghislain Mollet-Viéville defines himself as an agent of art (agent d'art), which is not synonymous with a gallerist or a curator or an artist, but rather the term includes all of these activities. Mollet-Viéville said: "For an 'agent d'art', art has less to do with the actual physical objects than with the art context. Such an approach involves a rethinking of the traditional distribution of roles. The 'agent d'art' is intent on denouncing the clichés of the art world and the socio-economic systems it is subjected to. And in order to do so, he presents art in a form that is art's and only art's: that of the concept." (Ghislain Mollet-Viéville)

For the first part of the show, his Minimal and Conceptual art collection had been removed. The apartment was presented completely empty, all day long. On the next day, for the second part of the show, the art collection was reinstalled, but the visitors were only allowed to see it at 7 p.m., and for no longer than 5 minutes. | |
