Danish artist collective
Known for: Participatory art projects
Art historical context: Contemporary Art, Situationism, Social sculpture
Superflex describe their projects as "tools," as experimental models or proposals that invite people to participate, and which may be further used and modified by their users. Through their projects, they question the prevailing social structures and economic conditions of production on the one hand. On the other hand, they provide alternative models for the creation and maintenance of social and economic structures.
